About
Consistency beats intensity
PushUp Challenge exists because most fitness apps ask for too much: wearables, social feeds, plans you never chose. Getting stronger asks for one thing — showing up. So we built an app around a single daily promise and a ring that closes when you keep it — and, for those who want structure, an optional Trainer that climbs from wall pushups to 100 a day.
The idea
One pushup at a time
You don't need a transformation plan. You need 50, or 100, or 200 pushups today — the number you chose, on the days you chose. Do that for a month and the transformation takes care of itself.
Principles
What we believe
Rest is training
Streaks that respect rest days
A streak should measure discipline, not attendance. If your schedule says five days a week, the other two can't break it. Rest is part of the plan — the app knows that.
Your own bar
Compete on consistency
In leagues, standings count the days you hit your owntarget. A beginner on 50 a day goes head-to-head with a machine on 300 — and can win. That's the point.
No friction
Honest and offline-first
No ads, no analytics trackers, no account required. Every set saves to your phone instantly and syncs when you sign in. The app never counts your reps with a camera — you do the counting, it keeps the score.
The company
Who's behind it
PushUp Challenge is built by Fission Ventures Limited, a small UK company (No. 12259667). One app, made carefully.
